Emails requesting quotations should include the following information details.

General

• The type of event that you require equipment for.

• The size of the venue or expected audience.

• The event address and location plus details of access.

• The date of the event.

• Your address for invoicing and hire agreement form.

Live Bands

• Details as above - plus.

• List of back line with all instruments and percussion.

• Stage plan including placement for each band member.

• Mic list ( if available ).

• Monitor / foldback requirements and number of ways.

Outdoor / Open Air / Marquee

• Details as above - plus.

• Mains power ( phase, amps ) or generator ( phase, KVA ) available.

• Provision for wet weather

• Access surface -  grass,  tarmac, dirt road, artificial road, mat or locking track system.

• Access to stage, steps, forklift / telehandler, ramp.

• Site plan.

• Details of proximity to local housing.
