Due to numerous customer's requests for various show configurations, we have now included some equipment package

prices with a cost guide for 4 varying types of category, each with 4 varying audience options. All of these packages have quantity item options and suggested additions mentioned at the foot of each section.

The Hire Price List on the main top menu, has the complete hire stock where key items can be viewed with an image, description and specification, by clicking on the manufacturer's logo.

Every type of event has its own particular requirements, due to the type of show, the diverse content to be heard by  the audience, and the physical characteristics of the venue.

Please note that this is only a guide to the various possible setup requirements, no two shows are ever the same.

Larger shows of 2000 plus capacity together with smaller systems for just a party of 25 can also be catered for.

There are 2 smaller sound package prices and 1 small lighting package price on this page, a little further below.

Whenever possible, speakers are flown at the optimum position for the speakers dispersion angles to cover the audience

evenly. This may also involve placing speakers further from the stage sound source on a delay system.

For the purpose of the package prices, speaker stands have been included, as rigging is an unknown quantity here.

When planning your show, the information is of key importance, to compile a quotation accurately, we need to know -

A. The size of the venue, mains power location, power rating together with plans if available.

B. The content - live band's rider requirements including stage plan, mic and monitor lists.

C. Load in and out details, service lifts, stairs, local time noise curfews.

D. Outdoor events, provision for wet weather, loading ramps, local crew availability, track road placement and power           availability.

We are happy to do a site visit if necessary to plan your show in conjunction with the venue personnel.

Full risk assessment, method statement, PAT test certificates, and liability insurance documentation is always available.

There are many venues that we have already provided our services to which can be a major advantage for the planning and quotation.

Quotations can be supplied by email on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, to enable you to edit the equipment lists to suit your requirements and budget.  We hope that the guides below will be useful to you.
