Please note that our DPA range are suitable only for Sennheiser Evolution G1 and G2 body transmitter packs, and all have a 3.5mm locking jack plugs fitted. There is however the option to power the DPA 4061 directly from a mixer for instrument and orchestra use with a 3.5mm locking socket to standard XLR adaptor. This will pass the phantom power from the mixer directly to the microphone.
Most top West End, Broadway, and television productions now use this versatile top of the range microphone.
The conference market has now also adopted this headband microphone, this gives the speakers mobility and hands free versatility to use overhead projectors and computers, plus excellent constant output which can be
sometimes lost using a conventional lavalier microphone.
The headset consists of a thin, lightweight frame which goes over the head and rests on the ears, this positions the attached tiny electret microphone on a small flexible boom just by the side of the mouth, the boom is flesh / beige coloured, ( so that it's almost invisible to the audience ) this is an ideal position to cut down the potential for feedback.
Sennheiser EW500, EW300, G1 series and EW100 G2 series are available in racks of eight together with Sennheiser ASP1 & 2 antenna distribution, AB1-E Antenna Boosters, and A1031-U Omni directional Antennas. The 8U rack includes a rack tray for storage of transmitter packs, which makes the package perfect for pantomime, school or college theatre, and corporate presentation, by way of fast set up. Wireless radio licenses are included with the hire.

Although these digital playback devices have been discontinued by 360 Systems, and now superceded, there is still a demand by American production companied working in the UK, and outside broadcast facility companies. Many OB vehicles have them in their inventory, so backup machines in this format is essential.
All three of our Digicart II have Bernoulli disk drives with 16 hours hard disk time, plus the option of an external 250MB Zip drive. The Digicart dedicated RC 220 is also available for hire, a standard PC keyboard can also be configured for titling.
Two of the units have AES/EBU ( 3 pin XLR ), and AES/SMPTE ( 75ohm BNC ), digital input and output Hard drive replacements for these machines is now available from Walker Sound.
